Permanent Holiday Lighting
Permanent holiday lighting is not yet available from Bellevue Holiday Lighting. We expect to offer installations beginning in the fall/winter 2027 season. Join the list below and we will contact you when scheduling opens. Our seasonal Christmas light installation is available now.
Permanent Christmas lights are the next step for homeowners who love a lit roofline but want it available every night of the year. Bellevue Holiday Lighting plans to offer modern permanent holiday lighting beginning in the fall/winter 2027 season, and this page explains what the service will be, how it differs from our seasonal installs, and how to reserve a place on the list.
In the meantime, our seasonal Christmas light installation plans are available now. Send a free quote request or call (425) 818-2606 for a same-day reply.
What Permanent Holiday Lighting Means
Low-Profile Track Along the Roofline
A slim aluminum channel is mounted under the eave and color-matched to the trim, so it disappears during the day.
Individually Controlled LED Nodes
Each light can change color and brightness, so the same track produces warm white on a summer evening and red and green in December.
App and Schedule Control
Turn the display on from your phone, set sunset-to-midnight schedules, and save patterns for holidays, birthdays and game days.
Year-Round Use
Subtle architectural accent lighting most of the year, full holiday color when you want it, with nothing to install or take down.
Permanent Christmas Lights or Seasonal Installs?
Seasonal C9 installs remain the best value for most homes: a lower first-year cost, a classic bulb look, and a plan that covers install, maintenance and removal. Permanent lighting suits homeowners who want everyday accent lighting and instant holiday color without a yearly install visit, and who are ready for a one-time investment in the hardware.
When our permanent lighting service launches, we expect to offer the same design help, precise installation and season-long support you get from our seasonal plans today. Until then, tree and shrub wraps, ground stakes and column lighting round out a seasonal display.
Why Homeowners Choose Us
Custom Fit. Clean Setup. Lights That Stay Up.
Measured and Fit to Your Roofline
Every C9 run is measured and fit to your home, so the line ends exactly where the eave does. No dangling extra cord, no gaps at the corners.
Clips That Protect Your Home
We use clips that hold through Puget Sound wind and rain and come off cleanly in January, without nails, staples or damage to gutters, shingles or trim.
Lights You Own, Work We Handle
You purchase custom-fit lights that are yours to keep. We handle the install, maintenance through the season and removal, then pack everything neatly into a bin for you.
Fast Answers, Same-Week Installs
You will hear back the same day you reach out, and most installs happen the same week. We show you photos or a mockup before we start.
Permanent Lighting Questions
When will permanent holiday lighting be available?
We are planning for the fall/winter 2027 season. Add your name through the quote form and we will reach out when scheduling opens.
Can I see permanent lights in Bellevue before then?
We will share project photos as the service launches. For now, our seasonal roofline installs give the same crisp outline without the hardware investment.
Will my seasonal plan count toward permanent lighting later?
Details will be announced closer to launch. Homeowners on our seasonal plan list will be the first to hear about it.
