What a Roofline Christmas Light Installation Includes
Design and Mockup
Tell us the look you want: classic warm white, cool white, multicolor or a custom pattern. We send photos or a mockup of your home, so you know exactly what you are approving.
Custom-Fit C9 LED Runs
Commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs on cord that is measured and fit to your rooflines, gables, gutter lines and ridge lines. No extra loops, no dark gaps at the corners.
Home-Safe Clips
Clips are matched to your shingles and gutters and hold through Puget Sound wind and rain. They come off cleanly in January with no nails, staples or holes.
Timers and Testing
We set timers so the display comes on at dusk, then test every run before we leave. Steep roofs and multi-story homes are routine for our crew.
Season-Long Maintenance
A bulb out or a run knocked loose by a storm? Call and we come back and fix it. That is part of the plan, not an extra.
Removal and Packing
After the holidays we take everything down, coil and label it by section, and pack it into a bin for you. Want us to keep it? Heated storage is available for an additional fee.

Booking Your Installation
The Bellevue calendar fills from late October through early December, and installs are scheduled first come, first served. Whenever you book, we respond the same day and typically install within the week.

Christmas Light Installation Questions
Do you install on steep roofs?
Yes. Steep pitches, tall gables and multi-story homes are a normal part of our work. Our crew is trained and insured for it, so you never set foot on a ladder.
Can I choose custom colors?
Absolutely. Warm white and cool white are the most popular on Bellevue-area homes, but we install multicolor and custom patterns such as red and green, red and white, or a color to match your trim.
What happens if a bulb goes out?
Call us. Season-long maintenance is included in every plan, and we come back to replace bulbs or re-secure a run after a storm.
Do you also do Halloween or other holiday lights?
We do. Our holiday light installation service covers Halloween, Diwali, Hanukkah and other celebrations with the same clips and LED runs.
